Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Birth Supplies Canada operating as Waterbabies Birth Pools (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Eligibility for Returns

Unless otherwise stated in writing, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased directly from us

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons. These exclusions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or required by law:

  • Used or opened items

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Items marked as non-returnable

  • Custom or special-order items

All returns require prior authorization.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with supporting documentation (photos, order details). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered at our discretion and are subject to product availability.
